According to the TGS timeline, the events will be scheduled to start on 21st September 2023 at 10:00 a.m. JST / 6:00 p.m. PST/ 9:00 p.m. EST / 2:00 a.m. BST and it will end on 24th September 2023 at 6:00 p.m. JST / 2:00 a.m. PST / 5:00 a.m. EST /10:00 a.m. BST.

While visiting the venue exhibition of the Tokyo Game Show 2023 if you have a fever of 37.5 degrees Celsius or higher, or if you have symptoms of a cold then you are not allowed to retrain in the exhibition.
Some basic precautions are taken to reduce the overcrowding:-
● Without prior notice, entry to the hands-on stage area will be restricted and only queue tickets may be distributed.
● Distribution of the tickets will be conducted every day.
● Tickets will be closed every day after distribution of the tickets.
● Exhibit contents and hours are subject to change without any notice.
● Management staff will ask you to leave if there is any time of misbehaviour which leads to interference with stage events or any kind of disturbance to other visitors.
● No acceptance of gifts or letters for performers or guests on the stage event.
● If you are not feeling well or you are not ok during the stage viewing or at the performance then please go and ask a nearby staff member to guide you to go out of the area.
● Please be aware that visitors may appear or be heard live streaming programs of stage events and media coverage taking place at the venue.
